History
Poli Sarpa di Poli 70 cl bottle with case is a grappa produced by the Poli Distillery, owned by the family of the same name, present in the Veneto region since 1400. The history of the Distillery dates back to 1898, the year of its foundation in Schiavon by GioBatta Poli.

Production method
This grappa is produced by distilling the marc of still juicy Merlot and Cabernet grapes. The distillations take place through a discontinuous alembic and in an artisanal way.

It is presented to the eye is clear and transparent. On the nose herbaceous hints, fresh fruit, mint. Powerful, warm, but also fine and persistent on the palate.
