An important distillate that requires an ‘excellent starting grape to distill the wine, strictly white, from which the brandy will be made. A clean, fresh non-aromatic white left to be distilled successively in stills using the classic method and then left to age in casks, a fundamental step. Brandy, like cognac, is also a blend of different vintages and its age always corresponds to the age of the younger brandy. How to taste it? To be savored smooth slowly inside a snifter or ballon, the most suitable glass that allows contact with the air and picks up the aromas where the glass shrinks.
