Description
History
The Marì Mayans family has been studying and researching the best aromatic herbs and medicinal plants for more than 130 years. The history of this product and of the distillery basically begins around 1880, when Juan Marì Mayans, originally from Formentera, learned during a period of stay in Barcelona, the art of distillation and the infusion of plants in alcohol, laying the foundations for then produce the liqueur that we know today.
Production method
This liqueur is obtained from the infusion of aromatic and medicinal herbs exclusively from Ibiza and Formentera in an alcoholic base. The plants and shrubs of the Mediterranean maquis are placed in the bottle and marketed together with the product.

Tasting notes
Light brown color, with some suspended elements. Aromas of Mediterranean scrub, thyme, basil and rosemary stand out. Mediterranean taste, typical and peculiar.
Usage
Perfect at the end of a meal or as a meditation; particularly recommended for those who want to amaze and be amazed, or for those who want to try something typical and representative of a particular terroir such as that of Ibiza and Formentera.
