Description
History
Antinori Grappa di Tignanello 50 cl bottle is a grappa produced by Antinori. The Antinori family has been linked to the production of wine in Tuscany since 1385, when Giovanni di Piero Antinori was enrolled in the Arte dei Vinattieri. Since then, in Tuscany and beyond, it has always been a proponent of excellent quality wine inspired by the best winemaking techniques of all eras.
Grapes used
Pomace of Sangiovese and Cabernet grapes used for the production of Tignanello
Production method
The still juicy pomace is immediately transferred to distillation after racking following the pressing of the grapes. Only the best lots obtained will then be bottled, a factor that makes this product another of the top-quality in terms of grappas as well as a distillate produced only in very limited quantities.
