Poli Airone Rosso Aperitivo Veneto is a liqueur created by Toni Poli in the 1950s, returning from a 10,000 km journey with his Moto Guzzi Airone Sport, from which the product will then receive the name and color (red).
Production method
Poli Airone Rosso Aperitivo Veneto is obtained through the infusion of spices and herbs in Grappa and Vermouth. The final product reaches an alcohol content of 17%.
