History
The distillery is owned by Yves & José Hayot, who have been able to perpetuate the great value associated with this brand over time. SAINT-ETIENNE rums are produced, aged and bottled in Martinique and have benefited from the appellation of controlled origin (AOC) since 1996, which ensures compliance with the conditions and production standards set out in the relevant specification.
Production method
Aged for at least 4 years in Bourbon whiskey barrels and then in French oak barrels.

Tasting notes
Color: Amber/Red. Notes of pepper and sweet spices on the nose, with an aftertaste of vanilla, caramel and hints of Bourbon Whisky. Elegant, soft, enveloping and rich taste, with spicy and caramelized aromas.
Usage
Perfect at the end of a meal or as a meditation. Great as a gift for someone special!
