Production method
Obtained from a base of Trebbiano di Romagna wine, like the other two variants, it is chosen for its neutrality and persistence.

Tasting notes
With its intense colour, which is also attributed to the use of natural caramel, it is distinguished by its distinct aromas of absinthe, rhubarb and licorice. The latter, used instead of cinchona, cleanses the palate and encourages drinking, allowing for a more versatile use in mixing in addition to the great classics.
Usage
Less sweet product and more suitable for creating cocktails in combination with London dry gin, whiskey and rum.
