Grapes used
Syrah 100%
Production method
The grapes are harvested in September in vineyards facing south-east on clayey soils to give the product complexity and flavour. The harvest takes place manually to preserve the aromas and quality of the fruit. The grapes are then destemmed and fermented at a controlled temperature for 20-25 days with a short maceration to give colour. The wine ages on the lees for 2 months and stabilizes in the bottle for a month.

At sight the wine has a salmon pink color with coral shades. On the nose sensations of ripe peach, raspberry, lychee, rose petals and hints of black pepper. In the mouth balanced, fruity, with good structure and fresh on the finish. Very pleasant..
