History
Poli Grappa “Sarpa Oro di Poli” 70 cl bottle with case is a grappa produced by the Poli Distillery, owned by the family of the same name, present in the Veneto region since 1400. The history of the Distillery dates back to 1898, the year of its foundation in Schiavon by GioBatta Poli.

Pomace of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon
Production method
This grappa is produced by distilling the marc of still juicy Merlot and Cabernet grapes. The distillations take place using a discontinuous alembic and in an artisanal way, but the real elevation of this grappa comes with the refinement in 225 l French oak barriques, which give taste and elegance to the distillate.

Tasting notes
It is presented to the eye is golden and bright. On the nose sensations of wood, vanilla, nutmeg. Soft and structured in the mouth, with an alcoholic but elegant and persistent finish.
Usage
It is indicated as after-dinner/after-dinner or digestive, or for moments of relaxation, better if in company! Perfect as a gift for someone special.
