Poli Grappa Elegante di Pinot “Pò di Poli” 70 cl bottle with case is a grappa produced by the Poli Distillery, owned by the family of the same name, present in the Veneto region since 1400. The history of the Distillery dates back to 1898, the year of foundation in Schiavon by GioBatta Poli.

Production method

Poli Grappa Elegante di Pinot “Pò di Poli” 70 cl bottle with case is produced by distilling the still juicy pinot noir and pinot bianco grape pomace. The distillations take place through a discontinuous alembic and in an artisanal way. The pomace all belongs to various clones of Pinot grapes in order to create a balance.
