Naturally leavened baked confectionery product with selected raisins, soaked in alcoholic syrup made with sweet wines.
Ingredients
Type 0 soft wheat flour, sugar, butter, selected raisins 16%, whole pasteurized eggs, natural yeast, alcoholic syrup (alcohol 14% vol.) of imbibition 30% (water, sugar, ethyl alcohol, sweet wine concentrate , natural flavourings), natural flavouring: natural vanilla extract, salt.
In the same laboratory the following are processed and used: almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, sesame, peanuts, powdered milk, milk proteins, soy lecithin. Product without preservatives and colorants.
