History
Pampero is a variety of rum produced in Venezuela by Industrias Pampero, which saw the light in 1938. Pampero Especial, known for its robust and persistent flavor, was the first rum to be officially recognized as “Anejo” by the government Venezuelan.
Production method
Aging of over 2 years in barrels previously used for Bourbon.

Tasting notes
Golden color and acquires a soft and harmonious taste. Its scent is intense and pungent, quite complex and has an evident hint of caramel. The influence of wood gives this distillation a sweet spice of vanilla, accompanied by notes of jam, dried apricot and candied citrus fruits.
Usage
Perfect at the end of a meal or as a meditation.
