Description
History
The text speaks of Marco Buvoli, a wine lover who has decided to devote himself to the production of high quality wine, especially Pinot Noir. He has created his own small cellar, the Opificio, which he calls a creative laboratory, where he experiments with various winemaking techniques to create complex and refined wines. Since 2009, the Opificio has been producing strictly classic method sparkling wines, both white and rosé, which are left to rest on the lees for many years to develop tertiary aromas and a very fine perlage. Over the years, Marco has experimented a lot and today he also produces a pure red Pinot Noir. The Opificio also produces small batches of wines, often a few hundred bottles, which communicate the creative flair of a Pinot Noir craftsman and artist. In the future, the Opificio will also produce red CRU wines, produced with Pinot Noir grapes from different sites.
