History
Marolo Grappa di Vermentino is a grappa produced by the Marolo company, based in Alba, Piedmont. Founded in 1977, with the mission of offering the best distillates from the pomace of the best Italian grapes, especially enhancing those of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato. Marolo Grappa di Vermentino is the version obtained by distilling the pomace of Ligurian Vermentino.

Production method
It is produced from Ligurian Vermentino pomace. The pomace arrives after racking and is fermented. Then we proceed to a distillation with a pot still, done in small quantities and slowly so as not to alter the aromas of the product.

It has a clear and clean white color. Pronounced alcoholic scent on the nose, sensations of ether. In the mouth clean, dry, dry and with a persistent finish. and pleasant.
