History
Originating from the Florentine countryside, Dì Wine was created following a family recipe passed down since the late 19th century. After being forgotten, it was rediscovered by great-grandson Gabriele Giotti, who resumed production to allow new generations to savor the traditions of the past.

Production method
Dì Wine is produced using a Tuscan-style base wine, naturally infused with fresh citrus fruits and Madagascar vanilla beans, without the addition of artificial colors or flavors. It is then fortified to achieve a full body and pleasant finish.

Dì Wine offers a complex aromatic profile with hints of citrus and vanilla. On the palate, it is fresh and pleasant, with a balanced sweetness complemented by a slight bitterness, making it versatile for various occasions.
