Biancosarti Aperitivo is an aperitif liqueur created around the 1950s in Italy by Luigi Sarti in the Bologna area. The commercial success of this product dates back to around the 70s and 80s following a series of commercial campaigns.

Biancosarti Aperitivo is an aperitif liqueur obtained from the distillation of herbs, spices and roots according to an ancient secret recipe. The alcohol content of the final product is important, being in fact 28%.

Biancosarti Aperitivo is an aperitif liqueur. It can also be used in mixology for the preparation of cocktails.
Tasting notes
Biancosarti Aperitivo has a clear light yellow color. The distilled ingredients are found on the nose and in the mouth; strong presence of spices and balsamic vinegar, intense aftertaste.
