Alessandro Sala, founder of the winery, has achieved his goal of producing quality wines without polluting himself, the environment and final consumers. By using disease-resistant grape varieties, it was possible to minimize the use of pesticides and other harmful chemicals. This sustainable approach preserves consumer health and the integrity of the environment. Alessandro Sala undertakes to disseminate knowledge on resistant vines to encourage their use among producers and protect the environment. His vision is based on ecology, ethics and the art of living transparently.
Amaro Misma is made through a skilful infusion of 17 aromatic herbs, extracted and carefully mixed with the red wine from our cellar, produced exclusively from resistant varieties. The care for the raw material begins with the wine which is aged in French oak barriques, and continues with the selection of aromatic herbs harvested at the best time of year.
Fresh aromas of mountain herbs with hints of ginger, rhubarb and juniper. Good balance between acidity and alcoholic softness. The persistence is extraordinarily long but maintains freshness and stimulates salivation.
Perfect as a digestive or after-dinner, served iced, it can also be used in mixology to prepare special and excellent cocktails.
