Brilliant golden color. On the nose: peach, citrus fruit peel (orange), honey, vanilla and light almond; palate is smooth and engaging with mild sweetness, vanilla, salted caramel and subtle spices; finish is pleasant, fairly long, with fruity echoes and soft oak undertones.
Food pairing
Great neat or on the rocks; perfect for highballs. Pairs well with lighter desserts, fruit‑based sweets, milk chocolate or mild Asian‑style dishes not overwhelmingly spicy.
