Description
History
Originally from a historic 18th century villa, VKA took shape in one of the most fascinating panoramic areas of the Mugello, from which you can admire the majestic Medici Fortress of San Martino, the suggestive Trebbio Castle and the enchanting Cafaggiolo Castle, this recently included in the list of World Heritage Sites. The atmosphere of this region is the beating heart of the whole project: vast luxuriant wheat fields, which allow you to carefully follow the stages of cultivation and production.
Production method
First Tuscan organic vodka, born from the fusion of organic wheat and pure water from the Tuscan Apennines. The distillation is in 4 columns in continuous vacuum from which a very pure alcohol of 96.6° is obtained. Adding water brings the vodka to the desired alcohol content of 40°.

Tasting notes
Transparent and clear to the eye. The taste is delicately scratchy, never intrusive, with subtle accents of freshly ground pepper and helichrysum, evoking memories of fresh flour and green juniper. The sensation on the palate is sapid and enveloping.
Usage
Perfect at the end of a meal or as a meditation. Great as a gift for someone special.
