History
Borgo Paglianetto, located in the Esino Valley between Fabriano and Camerino, is a winery founded in 2008 that cultivates 25 hectares of vineyards with organic certification. The unique north-south orientation of the vineyards creates a distinctive microclimate, promoting the production of high-quality wines.

Production method
Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine ages for six months on the lees in steel vats, preserving freshness and aromatic complexity.
