Tasting notes
At sight it has an antique gold color with golden reflections. Intense and elegant bouquet on the nose with notes ranging from acacia honey, candied orange, sultanas, brioche and pastry, with notes of botrytis and tuff minerality. Bouquet of noble wood spices, cinnamon and vanilla. On the palate the aromatic profile remains unchanged, exhibiting its velvety and soft character, and is closed by a balanced acidity. Persistent and long, with hints of wood and spice notes.
Possible combinations
Maculan Acininobili lets us glimpse all the potential of this very particular grape, the Vespaiola, which if attacked by noble rot expresses an intense and very elegant bouquet worthy of a French mold. Excellent when combined with foie gras or seasoned or blue cheeses, but it is capable of becoming the absolute protagonist of the end of the meal; to be enjoyed in the company of friends and special people.
