Description
History
The company was founded in 1922 and is located near the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Sergio Nardin was one of the key men of this company who then passed on the passion for this work to his sons Paolo, oenologist, who follows the production, and Pietro who instead follows the commercial aspect. The vineyard area is about 200 hectares.

100% Pinot Gris
Production method
The grapes are harvested when they reach full polyphenolic ripeness, which usually occurs at the end of August/beginning of September. The vinification is traditional in white in steel.

Tasting notes
Straw yellow color with slight greenish hues. Notes of peach, grapefruit, aromatic herbs and elderflower on the nose. On the palate the wine is extremely pleasant, flowing, aromatic and closed by a pleasant acidity.
Possible combinations
Ciari Pinot Grigio is perfect as an aperitif, especially on warm summer or spring evenings. In combination it is capable of enhancing dishes based on fish, delicate vegetables and shellfish, with platters and aperitifs.
