History
Tequila Ocho is a family project born from the collaboration between the Camarena family, experts in agave cultivation, and master tequilero Tomas Estes. Each bottle represents a single harvest, emphasizing the connection between the terroir and the tequila’s unique character. The San Agustin 2009 batch comes from an area renowned for agaves rich in sugars, imparting extraordinary aromatic qualities.
Raw Material
- 100% Blue Weber Agave
Production Method
The agave is hand-harvested and cooked in traditional ovens. After natural fermentation and slow distillation, the tequila is rested for several months in American oak barrels, enriching its flavors with subtle woody and spicy notes.

Tasting Notes
Pale golden color with amber highlights. The nose reveals aromas of vanilla, caramel, dried fruits, and a hint of white pepper. On the palate, it is silky and enveloping, with flavors of honey, cinnamon, candied citrus, and a delicate smokiness. The finish is long, smooth, and well-balanced.
Food Pairing
Perfect for sipping neat to enjoy its nuances, or paired with dark chocolate or caramel-based desserts. It also complements spicy dishes and aged cheeses.
