History
The Camarena family, owners of the Ocho brand, resides in the plains of the state of Jalisco and has been dedicated to the production of tequila for three generations, passing on this tradition of quality from father to son.
Production method
Tequila, an emblematic product of Mexico, lends itself to different mixes depending on its aging. Among the various types, the most popular is the Blanco, which matures for two months maintaining its characteristic white color. This tequila is often consumed as a shot thanks to its clean and linear flavor, but it is at its best in cocktails, adding a touch of class.

Clear and transparent, with olfactory notes typical of its kind which include pepper, pungent alcohol and vegetal tones. On the palate, the taste is strong, robust and peppery, with a strong caloric sensation and significant astringency.
