Description
History
Toki is a blended whisky from the historic House of Suntory, founded in 1923 and recognized as a pioneer of Japanese distillation. Launched in 2016, Toki (meaning “time” in Japanese) represents a harmonious blend of the group’s three distilleries: Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita. Master Blender Shinji Fukuyo selected an unusual combination—fresh, herbaceous malt from Hakushu and smooth, creamy grain whisky from Chita—creating a light yet layered flavor profile. The result is a contemporary whisky, designed for both sipping and mixing, especially in the traditional Japanese highball.
