Description
History
Founded in 1960, Cantina Santadi is one of the most important cooperatives in Sardinia, known for its quality-driven approach and strong link to local tradition. Villa Solais comes from sandy and clay-rich soils in the island’s southwestern corner, where sunshine and coastal breezes shape its freshness and aromatic clarity. The wine is vinified only in stainless steel to enhance fruit purity and typical Vermentino minerality.
