Production method
Manual viticulture, with limited yields and long grape ripening phases. The vinification in wooden barrels follows a traditional and slow method, in order to guarantee the highest quality of the wines produced.

Tasting notes
Intense straw yellow colour. Ripe fruity scents on the nose, accompanied by citrus notes. On the palate the wine is balanced, intense, pleasant.

It is perfect for pairing with aged cheeses, shellfish, poultry and fish.
