The J.Bally distillery has been active since the 19th century, but it is from 1924 that its modern history begins, producing high-quality agricole rhums.
Production Method
This rum is distilled from pure sugar cane juice, unlike other rums that use molasses. This process allows for a final product with a richer and more authentic aromatic profile.
