Description
History
Years ago the mayor of Cervins, in Haute Savoie, decided to encourage agriculture in the terraced vineyards overlooking the village to combat the depopulation of the valley. In 1997, with this intention, he almost casually turned to Michel Grisard, a pure biodynamic farmer from Savoy and Brice Omont, an agronomic engineer with an important curriculum (including a past in Krug in Champagne). Mixed native varieties were replanted on a total of sixteen hectares near Albertville and Moutiers. Twenty years after the project, the Domaine is establishing itself as one of the most interesting realities in all of Savoy.
