Perlage was born in 1985 thanks to the 7 Nardi brothers and their parents Tiziano and Adra, who decided to start their own company in the agricultural field. Today Perlage, thanks to the quality of its productions, is one of the most renowned companies in the whole of Veneto, as well as the only one to produce organic prosecco within the denomination.
The vinification of this wine is traditional in white; the second fermentation is carried out with the Charmat-Martinotti method, which involves refermentation in an autoclave.
Pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, pleasant notes of elderflower, peach and apple, rose petals and white wisteria. On the palate it is gentle, enveloping and pleasant.
Highly recommended as a toast or to take with an aperitif, especially on a warm spring or summer evening. Excellent to combine with mixed fried foods, delicate fish dishes or delicate first courses.
