Bright straw-yellow colour. The nose reveals ripe exotic fruit, citrus peel, white pepper, magnolia and aromatic herbs, with a mineral freshness reflecting volcanic terroir. On the palate it’s enveloping, fresh, slightly saline and has a long persistence.
Food pairings
Excellent with grilled or baked fish, shellfish, sushi, seafood risottos or bitter-vegetable dishes, fresh or semi-aged cheeses. Also superb as a stand-alone glass to appreciate its character.
