Marolo Grappa di Moscato 70 cl bottle is a grappa produced by the Marolo company, based in Alba, Piedmont. Founded in 1977, with the mission of offering the best distillates from the pomace of the best Italian grapes. This version comes from a careful selection of the best Moscato distillates. .

Production method
Marolo Grappa di Moscato 70 cl bottle is produced by distilling the pomace of Piedmontese Asti Moscato grapes. The still fresh pomace arrives at the distillery and undergoes a short period of fermentation before moving on to the actual distillation. Subsequently, the distillate obtained rests for a short time in stainless steel tanks to stabilize and is then added with distilled water to bring it to the desired alcohol content (42°).

Marolo Grappa di Moscato 70 cl bottle is clear transparent in colour. On the nose aroma of delicate flowers, peach and ether. In the mouth soft and enveloping, consistent, alcohol present but not disturbing.
