History
Marolo Grappa di Barolo 70 cl bottle is a grappa produced by the Marolo company, based in Alba, Piedmont. Founded in 1977, with the mission of offering the best distillates from the pomace of the best Italian grapes, especially enhancing those of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato. This is the version produced using Nebbiolo pomace used to produce Barolo.

Production method
It is produced from Nebbiolo pomace used to produce Barolo. The pomace arrives after racking and is fermented. After which we proceed to a distillation with a discontinuous alembic, made in small quantities and slowly so as not to alter the aromas of the product; subsequently the distillate obtained rests for about 4 years in small wooden barrels.

Tasting notes
It has a deep and clear amber color. Pronounced alcoholic scent on the nose, sensations of vanilla and tobacco. In the mouth clean, dry, dry and with a persistent and pleasant finish.
Usage
It is perfect for after-dinner/after-dinner or moments of relaxation alone or in company. Ideal for lovers of powerful and complex grappas.
