Pomace of Nebbiolo destined for the production of Barolo
It is produced from Nebbiolo pomace used to produce Barolo. The pomace arrives after racking and is fermented. After which we proceed to a distillation with a discontinuous alembic, made in small quantities and slowly so as not to alter the aromas of the product; subsequently the distillate obtained rests for about 4 years in small wooden barrels.
It has a deep and clear amber color. Pronounced alcoholic scent on the nose, sensations of vanilla and tobacco. In the mouth clean, dry, dry and with a persistent and pleasant finish.
It is perfect for after-dinner/after-dinner or moments of relaxation alone or in company. Ideal for lovers of powerful and complex grappas.
