100% Pinot Noir
Method of Production
This wine is produced only in favorable years using exclusively 100% Pinot Noir grapes, harvested in 18 kg boxes and subjected only to the first pressing. The wine ages on the fine lees until bottling. After the bottles have been stacked, they remain in contact with the lees until the “remouage” phase. Subsequently, they are disgorged and dosed with the same wine.
Yellow in color with a copper edge, the impact on the nose is intense with hints of peach, balsamic herbs and star anise. In the mouth it is balanced with good acidity, flavor and persistence.
Perfect for an aperitif. It goes perfectly with fresh cheeses, fish tartare, steamed shellfish and fish appetizers.
