Description
History
Luca Bellani took over the family estate in Oliva Gessi and Mornico Losana (Oltrepò Pavese) and has developed wines that deeply respect terroir, quality grapes and precise winemaking. The “Sessanta” name refers to the roughly 60 months of lees ageing, and the Dosage Zero format underscores the house’s commitment to purity. The Magnum version elevates the prestige and expression of this sparkling.

Tasting notes
Straw yellow colour with a very fine and persistent mousse. The nose offers ripe fruit, citrus, biscuit, almond and a clear salty-mineral streak deriving from the calcareous-marl soils of the region. On the palate: creamy, elegant, great balance between freshness and structure; the finish is sapid and long-lasting.
Food pairings
Ideal as a refined aperitif, superb with raw fish, shellfish, sushi, sashimi, oysters, or paired with elaborated fish dishes and high-quality vegetarian cuisine. The Magnum format is especially suited for celebrations or shared tastings.
