Description
History
Bitter liqueur invented by GioBatta Poli in a tavern near the railway station of the city of Schiavon, in 1885. Customers drank it while waiting for the “Vaca Mora”, the steam train, so when the liqueur began to achieve commercial success it was renamed in this way.
Production method
It is obtained through the infusion of aromatic herbs in Grappa.

Tasting notes
It has a dark amber color with honeyed reflections, spicy and vegetable aromas and a slight mint aroma on the nose. In the mouth it is decisive and bitter on the finish.
Usage
Perfect as a digestive or after-dinner. Excellent as a special gift or for a dinner with friends.
