Founded in 1977 in Alba, in the heart of the Langhe region, the Distilleria Santa Teresa dei Fratelli Marolo is renowned for producing high-quality grappas from the noblest Piedmontese grape varieties. Production Method
The Nebbiolo pomace, sourced from organic farming, is carefully distilled to preserve the grape’s characteristic aromas. The resulting grappa matures in stainless steel tanks, a careful and respectful aging process that allows it to express the complexity and freshness of the finest Nebbiolo from Piedmont.
