History
Founded in 1975, the Pojer e Sandri company is located among the hills of Faedo, in Trentino. The distillery has always stood out for its innovation and pursuit of quality, combining traditional methods with modern technologies to create distillates that reflect the territory and the passion of the producers.
Raw Material
Fresh pomace from Müller Thurgau grapes grown in the company’s vineyards located in Faedo, Trentino.
Production Method
The pomace, after a brief fermentation, is distilled using a discontinuous bain-marie alembic, designed in collaboration with the owners themselves. The resulting distillate is then aged for a few months in stainless steel tanks to harmonize the aromas and flavors before bottling.

Tasting Notes
- Color: Clear and crystalline.
- Aroma: Intense and aromatic, with floral and fruity notes typical of the Müller Thurgau grape variety, such as white flowers, peach, and a slight hint of nutmeg.
- Taste: Elegant and smooth, with a pleasant aromatic persistence that recalls the olfactory sensations, enriched by a slight spicy note.
Possible Pairings
Ideal as a digestive at the end of a meal, it pairs well with desserts based on fresh or dried fruit, almond-based sweets, and dry pastries. It can also be appreciated in combination with blue cheeses or as an accompaniment to moments of meditation.
