Tasting notes
Deep purplish red colour. On the nose: mature red fruits such as blackberry and plum, hints of earth and subtle spices. On the palate: full-bodied, with excellent acidity, well-integrated tannins and a lingering finish that invites further sipping.
Food pairings
Pairs beautifully with hearty pasta dishes (ragù, baked pasta), grilled red meats, gourmet burgers, typical Piedmontese cold cuts and moderately aged cheeses. An excellent choice for a convivial table.
