In the following years, historical labels such as Ferrari Rosé, Ferrari Perlé and Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore were born. Today, the company is led by the third generation of the Lunelli family.

Production method
The wine is produced using only grapes from our own vineyards and harvested by hand. The method used for the production is the classic method or methode champenoise, with two fermentations: one alcoholic and the other in the bottle. The product ages on its lees for at least 11 years.
Tasting notes
Salmon pink color with fine perlage, the nose can perceive notes of wild berries, rose hips and citrus fruits, together with pastry, vanilla, saffron and balsamic hints. On the palate it is enveloping, broad and rich, but at the same time fine and delicate, with a large acidity on the finish and a very long persistence.
Possible combinations
Is it really important what we combine with such a sacred monster? Drink it on special occasions, toast together with loved ones and friends. Perfect as a meditation wine, even if it has a few years of rest in the cellar behind it.
