History
Williams & Humbert is a historic company in Jerez, active in the production of high quality sherry, founded by Sir Alexander Williams in 1877. In addition to the historic activity in the production and marketing of sherry all over the world, the “Dos Maderas” which provides for the bottling of rum with double or triple refinement in carefully selected ex sherry casks, half in the Caribbean and half in Jerez. The company is also known for providing delicate and fragrant botanicals for flavoring gin.
Production method
To produce gin it is necessary to “aromatize” an alcoholic base with some elements of which one of the components or often the main one is juniper. This can happen in various ways: either through maceration of the botanicals in alcohol, which is then redistilled to find a colorless and “cleaner” product, or the botanicals can be placed in a container placed above the alembic, so that alcohol in the form of vapor extracts aromas and perfumes.

Tasting notes
Ocher yellow colour. Hints of mango and tropical fruit dominate the olfactory panorama. In the mouth, on the other hand, it is very soft and always fruity, pleasantly persistent.
Usage
Perfect at the end of a meal or as a meditation drink, excellent for creating high quality refreshing cocktails!
