G-ANZO was born from the passion for and research into the tradition of Italian amari. Produced in small batches, it is a tribute to Florentine culture and the art of Italian liqueurs, combining classic botanicals with modern techniques for a refined and authentic tasting experience.

Production method
The botanicals are selected and macerated in pure alcohol to extract maximum aroma and organoleptic properties. The liquid is then filtered and left to mature, resulting in a harmonious and balanced flavor. The final alcohol content is 28%, ideal for a bold yet versatile amaro.

Tasting notes
G-ANZO presents an intense amber color with coppery highlights. On the nose, fresh citrus notes of lemon and orange emerge, followed by spicy hints of cinnamon and bay leaf. On the palate, it is full-bodied and enveloping, with a perfect balance between the sweetness of licorice and the elegant bitterness of gentian, rhubarb, and cinchona. The finish is long, with a pleasant herbal and spicy persistence.
Possible pairings
Perfect to enjoy neat as a digestive or over ice to highlight its citrus and spicy notes. It is also an excellent base for cocktails like Negroni or Boulevardier, adding unique aromatic depth. Ideal with chocolate desserts, dry biscuits, or fruit-based treats.
