Description
History
Mirabella is a historic Franciacorta company, located in Rodengo-Saiano, in the province of Brescia. At the basis of their production philosophy there is respect and care for nature and its fruits, and the wholesomeness of the wine produced with respect for man and the consumer. Three oenologists form the basis of Mirabella, Teresio Schiavi, the heart and founder of the company and his two sons Alessandro and Alberto, who are today respectively Cellar Master/Sales Manager and Marketing Manager of the company.

Production method
The first fermentation takes place with selected yeast at a temperature of 16-18 degrees in cement tanks. The refinement is in the bottle for 24 months on the lees.

Tasting notes
Straw yellow color with coppery reflections. On the nose sensations of small crunchy red fruits and white pulp fruit, accompanied by light spicy and herbaceous notes. On the palate it expresses a pleasant verticality, the sip is full, balanced, with personality and with a long aromatic persistence. Pleasant acidity.
Possible combinations
It can be drunk both as an aperitif and with white meat and fish dishes.
