Tasting notes
Ruby red with garnet highlights. Aromas of fresh red fruits such as cherry, raspberry and wild berries, with delicate spice and floral hints. On the palate: fresh and fluid, with soft integrated tannins, lively acidity and a pleasant medium-length finish.
Food pairings
Pairs well with everyday Italian cuisine—ragù pastas, roasted white meats, charcuterie, flavourful risottos and semi-aged cheeses. Also excellent as a convivial wine for informal dinners or brunches.
