History
Fiegl Winery, based in Oslavia in the Collio region, carries a longstanding family viticultural tradition. Their Ribolla Gialla is one of their signature wines, vinified with classical techniques to retain purity and terroir identity.

Fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts; aged on fine lees to add texture and depth; no invasive prolonged maceration.

Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow. Aromas of white flowers, light stone fruit, and a mineral undertone. On the palate: fresh, harmonious, with good acidity and a clean, precise finish.
Food pairing
Ideal with seafood dishes, shellfish, seafood salads, light risottos, fresh or semi‑aged cheeses. Serve at 10‑12 °C.
