History
Produced by Montigiani, a farm located in Reggello, near Florence, Extravirgin is the first London Dry gin made with Tuscan organic EVO oil. It stems from a passion for olive oil and a desire to innovate while respecting tradition.

Production method
Distillation follows the London Dry method, involving a single distillation with all botanicals present. After distillation, only water is added to achieve the desired alcohol content, with no added flavors or sugars.
