Description
History
Etsu is produced in Japan, distilled in the Asahikawa distillery on the island of Hokkaido, using crystal-clear mountain water and local botanicals such as yuzu and bitter orange peel. “Etsu” means “pleasure” in Japanese, reflecting the gin’s goal to evoke harmony and lightness.

Tasting notes
Crystal-clear appearance. On the nose: floral notes, yuzu, citrus and gentle herbal hints. On the palate: balanced and vibrant, with citrus fruit, soft spice over a floral background, smooth texture and an elegant, persistent finish.
Pairing / Usage
Excellent in a gin & tonic with dry tonic and citrus zest, or as a base in cocktails where an aromatic gin is desired. Also enjoyable neat or over a large ice cube. Serve at 8‑12 °C.
