History
Located in the municipality of Brignano-Frascata, among the Tortona hills, one of the most important wine-growing areas in Piedmont. The wine-growing activity is the result of the collaboration of a small group of trusted collaborators, united by a common respect and love for the land. The key approach has always been to adopt an organic cultivation method, focused on environmental sustainability to best protect the integrity of these native vines of the Tortona hills.

Production method
The grapes are harvested manually in the second half of September. After a delicate pressing, the grapes are clarified and vinified in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine then ages for 12 months on its own yeasts, always in steel tanks.

Tasting notes
Intense straw yellow color, with golden reflections. On the nose it is intense and complex, with mineral and hydrocarbon notes that intensify with aging. On the palate, it is savory, structured, enveloping, with a fresh acid component typical of the grape variety.
Possible pairings
Perfect with white meats, shellfish, cheeses, fried foods and seafood.
