Description
History
Jean Filloux is a cognac company with a long history of more than four generations. Founded in 1880 by Honoré Filloux, the distillery has continued to thrive thanks to the passion and experience handed down from father to son.
Production method
It is produced by selecting and mixing the best distillates produced; the refinement is 16 years in oak barrels.

Tasting notes
It has a dark amber color to the eye. On the nose, refined aromas combining tones of wood, honey and peach are revealed on the nose, while on the palate a gustatory persistence is perceived accompanied by fruity nuances of orange and plum, together with a touch of tea, cinnamon and chocolate.
Usage
Perfect as an after-dinner/after dinner for a relaxing evening or a meeting with friends. It can also be used in mixology as an ingredient for the preparation of cocktails.
