The Muralia company is located in Maremma, where the vineyards extend over 14 hectares of calcareous, stony and clayey soil. The region is famous for its mineral wine, thanks to the soil nutrients extracted from the old mines. The cellar built inside the hills is the ideal place for the production of wines, as it guarantees the ideal temperature and humidity for refining the product.
Method of Production
It is an organic wine whose fermentation takes place in barriques for 14 days at a temperature of 14°C.
The refinement is done in barrique and subsequently in bottle for 3 months.
The production is 4,000 bottles.
Bright straw yellow in color, it has a very intense and frank aroma, which pervades the nose with peaches, honey and beeswax. It is confirmed dry and fresh in the mouth, its flavor is light and the body soft.
It goes particularly well with spicy dishes, including Indian cuisine, in great harmony with curry. It is a pleasant aperitif, but it also goes harmoniously with white meats and fish-based dishes, in the lighter and less demanding versions also with Sushi.
